OF THE FIL-AM RIDERS (annual picnic pics below)

We are a Family that rides together. We are dedicated to safe riding when enjoying the Beautiful California backroads. We ride all types of motorcycles, from Harleys to the latest foreign made motorcycles. We go on day-long rides of 300-400 miles and also camp overnite at the many beautiful state parks and campgrounds. Our motorcycles are 650cc or larger and are predominantly "Cruisers". Our motto is "Leave no one behind".  We focus on assisting one another in improving our skills on the winding beautiful backroads of California and emphasize safety and respect towards others. About a third of our members have "Chatterboxes", a wireless intercom system that we found very helpful in emergency situations and helps us communicate on our rides. We post messages, news and activities in our Fil-Am Riders Message Center below. This helps our members and other clubs communicate. The common characteristic of our members is our passionate love and devotion to ride our "Iron Horses". We  feel a kinship with ALL other bikers on the road and appreciate the friendly attitude we receive from them.

The annual Barrio Fiesta celebration in Stockton is August 8-10, 2008. We as a group will go Sunday August 10. We will be meeting at the San Ramon Target parking lot at 9:00AM and be on the road by 9:30AM. Click on the LINK BELOW, FOR LOCATING the Target parking lot.
